Land registry organizations have many problems. They lack investment on technology, data sources are highly dispersed, and information is not updated as often as required.

This data can only be published if some problems are solved, including the centralization of geospatial information within a database, the safe publication of this information and high costs.

The Land Registry Board from an Argentinean province went to XoomCode looking for a solution. Hence, an Open Source-based application was developed. This application allows consulting information about plots of land, ownership, etc. with high levels of safety. It has different accesses tailored to meet the needs of notaries public, surveyors and engineers.
